A beautiful 3rd floor, 2 bedroom condominium (privately owned apartment) in the Riverwalk area by the Arrowhead Country Club - a premier golf club.
The property overlooks the 4th tee of one of the 3 golf courses in the complex and has a view of the intracostal waterway.
There are two bedrooms, one double fully ensuite and the other a twin with a private entrance to the second bathroom. There is also a large sofa bed in the lounge so the property will sleep 6. The villa is fully furnished with a kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigrator) and all small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, all dishes, silverware, waste disposal). The kitchen utility room also has a full size washer and dryer.
The living area is spacious and airey, having a vaulted ceiling and, being the end unit,there are windows on two sides. The west facing balcony is accessible from either the living area or the master bedroom and is shaded by the trees on the golf course. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably and there is a cable TV, hi fi and DVD player. For guests from Europe used to holiday apartments in, for example, Spain, this condo will seem huge.
The complex is extremely well maintained with flowerbeds and lawns. The indoor pool and fitness suite is directly beneath and there are two outdoor pools within 100 yards, both with gas and charcoal bar-b-ques and seating areas .
There is ample parking, but please note, the owners assosiation does not permit motorcycles or trailers.
